We are BPDIGITAL and we welcome you to our website.We provide digital products created and redistributed under the GPL (General Public License) license by developers from around the world. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ we are referring to BPDIGITAL located at https://bigpaydigital.com/

Account Termination by BPDIGITAL

We have the right to terminate any account that we deem risky or suspicious, without warning and without providing any evidence, without refund.
Our reasons for making this decision may be one of the following, or another reason not listed here:

  • We suspect that our products are being resold

  • The number of products you have downloaded, the inconsistency between the products you have downloaded, downloading habits that are very different from the majority of our users

  • Unfriendly, intentional harming behavior towards our store

  • If your download habits are making it difficult for us to identify users who steal our products from our site

After the account is terminated, you will not be able to access any product or service you purchased again.
If you think it is risky to shop at our store under these conditions, please do not purchase any products or services.

Please note that if you make a purchase, your account may be terminated without any proof required and no refund will be made.

Account Creation

When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these terms so please read and understand them carefully.

Account Deletion

Any dormant account and being over six months old will be deleted (no active sale) from our system. All transaction data will be kept for accounting purposes.

Terms Acceptance

If you don’t accept the terms then you will need to leave because your presence on and use of the BPDIGITAL site is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy whether you become a member or not.

Subscription

When you become a Subscriber or Member, you get to access our directory of items that must be used in accordance with the GPL license. Only real people, using their real details, can subscribe to BPDIGITAL.

Age

You need to be 18 years or over to become a Subscriber or Member. If you’re under 18 you will need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with their permission, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities.

Your Responsibility

You promise that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including a current email address). Your subscription is not transferable. You are responsible for any use of BPDIGITAL that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your username or password. If you realize there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately.

Refunds

Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment. In such a case a pro-rata refund will be provided for any whole unused months.

Refund requests will not be entertained by any means if any product has already been downloaded.

Refund Requests

We will assess refund requests on their merits but generally, there is no obligation to provide a refund if:

  • you have changed your mind

  • you subscribed by mistake

  • you ask for goodwill

  • you lack the technical ability to make the item work

  • you can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website

  • you are in breach of our fair play policy

  • the product requires a serial key to work

Please do not buy any product from our store if you don’t have knowledge to modify the licensing system on your own according to GPL. We cannot provide any serial key of another GPL developer or distributor.

BPDIGITAL provides 100% identical copies of products as permitted under the GPL license. However, BPDIGITAL is not the manufacturer and cannot be held responsible for product performance or compatibility. If you don’t accept these terms, please do not purchase from us.

Product Access & Packages

1- and 3-month memberships do not include access to “protected files.”
Some products are not included in any package. Check the product description first — no refunds will be issued for package-related exclusions.

Product Support

We offer items “as is.” We do not provide technical support for third-party products.
Our support is limited to installation, activation, billing, and technical inquiries regarding the BPDIGITAL website only.

Fair Play and Conduct

Your use of BPDIGITAL must comply with our policies, including any fair use policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You breach these terms

  • Your behavior is not aligned with community values

  • You cause us or others harm

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts. Examples of causes:

  • Abusive behavior or slander

  • Promoting competitors, piracy, hacking, spam

  • Attempting to circumvent our fair use policy

Fair Use Policy

BPDIGITAL is for real individuals, not for resellers or other GPL download sites. Sharing, reselling, and use of download managers is forbidden.

We may terminate your account without notice if your activity appears suspicious — e.g.,:

  1. Downloading only new files

  2. Downloading large volumes with no clear usage pattern

  3. Download patterns match files that leak from our site

Membership & Price Changes

We may modify or discontinue products, services, or pricing without notice. Items are not guaranteed to remain on the site.

Offsite Links

We are not responsible for the content of any linked external websites. Inclusion does not imply our endorsement.

IP Claims

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a product on BPDIGITAL infringes IP rights, please refer to our copyright policy.

Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BPDIGITAL against all liabilities arising from your use of the site or its content.

We make no warranties and limit our liability as follows:

  • No liability for indirect or consequential losses

  • Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 6 months

Availability

We aim to keep BPDIGITAL online 24/7 but make no guarantees. Access may be interrupted or changed without notice.

Third-Party Agreements

You must have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of others if signing up as a representative.

Consumer Law Compliance

We do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights under applicable laws. Where allowed, our remedy will be to replace or refund the item/service.

Blocking, Termination, and Risk Prevention

We may refuse service, block access, or disable subscriptions for security, legal, or compliance reasons.

You warrant that you are not located in a sanctioned country or on a sanction list.

Legal Relationship

These terms do not establish a partnership or employment relationship between you and BPDIGITAL.

Notices

Notices must be sent via email. We'll contact you at the email you provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update terms at any time. Continued use of BPDIGITAL implies your acceptance of those changes.

Interpretation

Words like “including” are not limits. All decisions are at our sole discretion.
